Overview
Human Resource Management System is the central HR platform for managing employees, departments, job positions, contracts, leave, attendance and payroll from one integrated Odoo ERP system. It keeps a single employee record and connects HR activities with attendance and the organizational structure. Attendance is captured automatically from Hikvision biometric devices and synchronized with Odoo, forming the basis for working-hour calculations, late arrivals, early departures, overtime, payroll and HR reporting.
